How does per-property pricing work?
Your first property is always free on Core. Each additional property you enroll in a paid tier is billed separately at that tier's monthly rate. Mix and match — run Social Agent on your highest-traffic property and Core only on a seasonal cabin.
Can I mix tiers across properties?
Yes. Every property is enrolled independently. One property can be Social Agent while another stays on Core. You only pay for what each property actually uses.
When do volume discounts apply?
Discounts are calculated across all enrolled paid properties on your account. Once you reach a threshold (3, 5, or 10 properties), the discount is applied automatically to all enrolled properties.
Does annual billing stack with volume discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on top of any volume discount. A 10-property Social Agent portfolio on annual billing pays approximately $10.64/property/month — 44% off the base rate.
What counts as a 'property'?
Each Hospitable listing you connect to Y'alloha is one property. You can enroll or unenroll properties at any time. Billing adjusts at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. Your properties downgrade to Free at the end of the billing period. All your posts, analytics, and templates are preserved — you never lose your data.
Is there a long-term contract?
Never. Month-to-month by default. Annual billing is optional and saves 20% — you can switch anytime.
